Professional Summary
Throughout my 18+ year career at Procter & Gamble, I've had the privilege of working with some of the best people across some of the world's most iconic brands – starting with Iams and Eukanuba pet food to Tide and Gain laundry detergent and for the last 15 years Gillette, BRAUN, and Duracell. My journey has always been about bridging the gap between complex technical challenges and delivering real business results. When I joined the company, I was tasked with integrating the Iams supply chain and warehouses into P&G's complex supply chain and managing a major pet food recall, returning product from over 80,000 US stores. I went on to manage $2.3 billion in sales for our Walmart customer team, overseeing Tide become the first $1B dollar brand at one customer and help reinvent the way Walmart managed incoming inventory. When I first arrived at the Gillette business in 2010, we were still planning production and checking quality using paper and spreadsheets - it's been absolutely amazing to help revolutionize and digitize 20+ manufacturing sites over the past decade. After digitizing P&G's Grooming business, my recent work has centered utilizing that data and pioneering AI and data analytics solutions in manufacturing. Along the way, I constantly thrived to learn the technologies I was tasked with deploying (SQL, SAP, Proficy, Azure, Databricks, cloud data architecture, Seeq, and AI tools) and developing leadership and project management skills, ultimately becoming PMP® certified. I've consistently focused on building strong relationships and delivering solutions that matter, becoming an expert in how our systems work and interact with each other.

Beyond Work
When I'm not at work, you'll find me in the mountains or on the trails. The outdoors has always been my sanctuary - whether I'm leading a Sierra Club backpacking trip through the wilderness, pushing my limits in an ultramarathon, or coordinating international construction projects with Habitat for Humanity. I'm drawn to experiences that challenge me physically and mentally while making a positive impact on others. There's something magical about watching a sunrise from a remote peak after running through the night, or seeing the look of gratitude on a family's face when we hand them the keys to their new home. These experiences fuel my passion for adventure and service.
Ultramarathon Running
For me, ultra running is about pushing my limits to see what I'm capable of and exploring beautiful remote places that would otherwise be impossible to access. There's something deeply satisfying about arriving somewhere on foot that you previously thought was only accessible by other forms of transport. The ultra community is incredibly supportive - it's less about competition and more about the shared experience of testing your mental and physical boundaries. These challenges have taught me invaluable lessons about resilience and persistence that extend far beyond the trails.
Sierra Club Backpacking Leader
I'm a certified Sierra Club Backpack Leader, leading groups through California's wilderness areas. Whether I'm navigating technical terrain or managing group dynamics on multi-day expeditions, I've learned that great leadership means bringing everyone home safely while creating unforgettable experiences. There's nothing quite like sharing the magic of a pristine alpine lake or a spectacular sunrise with a group of fellow adventurers.
Habitat for Humanity Global Village Trip Leader
I've led Global Village trips to the Philippines, Costa Rica, Honduras, and Guatemala, combining my passion for service with international experience. At Ohio State, I developed a university course on substandard housing, led the first GV high school group in HFH's history, and created what became the nation's largest collegiate Global Village program at the time.
